I get locked out and even with the external power supply with new batteries I’m still unable to open two of my 3 gun safes. Looks like I’ll have to destroy the safe to get my guns out.

With the newest update they added a pin to the app. I never set one. I usually just opened the app and it was ready to unlock. Now it keeps telling me pin incorrect. I've tried everything that would make sense. I even opened it with the card and reset it like they say to. Now the card won't work either. So my gun is just stuck in the shelf. Woohoo. Luckily it's not my only one but this is extremely disappointing.
