Terrible customer service

I am not impressed with this app at all. I downloaded the app and decided to try it. First it said I was not approved for an advance then it told me the money would be available on a date that has since passed. I contacted support and they told me to basically wait. Now they say the transaction has cleared on their side and I should reach out to my bank. I asked for proof they did the transaction as they say but won’t provide any proof at all nor are they willing to do anything else to fix the problem. I told them that if they did not fix this issue ASAP I would cancel and delete the app. They could care less and sent me a message saying if I want to do that to please respond with the word confirm. Why not instead do something to fix the issue. This has to be the worst mistake I have ever made downloading this app and sharing personal information with these customer care(less) representatives.

At first, I was using grade and it was fine then I paid off my last advance and I had to wait a few days to get another one ,when that time came, it asked me to re-link my bank, which was weird, but I did it and then it pushed my date back another six days to get in advance So after six days, I tried to get that advance and then it asked me to link my bank again and then push the date back again Tried to contact customer service about the issue that was happening and they absolutely did not understand what I was trying to say. I felt like I kept talking to a bot. I asked for a human and I just kept getting the same message over and over from them. It was like an automated message that they just kept sending me about advances. So I asked for supervisor I got tired of the same automated message. I was getting no help. Finally, I got a message that they were going to escalate it. Then three days later, I get a message again that looks automated that I just need to re-link my bank and it should refresh the system, but it does not do that I have been going through this with them for days and there is no help from this app at all with customer service. Absolutely none there’s no way I could’ve been talking to somebody and they just sent the same automated message that says the same thing over and over again.
