I don’t understand Clipboard and why the pay is so low nobody is working for no 15 16 $17. You guys gotta do better with your pay. CNA is a hard job and a lot of work. I will no longer be using Clipboard. The pay is extremely low and disrespectful.

The app is frequently having issues. It's not very reliable, especially when you're at a job site and the app cannot verify that you are indeed inside the building. Then you lose your +5 points for now being late because the app was having issues. Then another issue I kept having was the filter to find shifts will not stay set. Right now, it keeps showing me shifts that are 150 miles away when I've tried multiple times for multiple days to only set it to 100 miles.
