I’ve been a member this summer and it’s been super frustrating to use the service. They do not offer the premium credit as advertised for members. And when I chat with customer, they disappear after they tell me that I don’t have credit on my account. I’m aware I don’t have credit on my account. That’s why I’m reaching out. I’m asking for credit as advertised. I do not recommend getting a membership. Just pay for it as you go without.
