Pros

The app signs in, but does not open. I am not able to use it or use a link to connect to it.

This app is amazing when it works. It has been very helpful in the beginning of our braces adventure. Since the last update it will open the app let me enter my pin and then it will just close out. Very frustrating when you’re trying to check when your appointments are.
