Website forms rarely load. Sometimes the wrong form comes up. Uploading claims failed on web so I was forced to use this awful tool. It show’s successful upload of a document but that’s it. No way to view it, no statuses. Been trying to get customer support for over a week and finally was told “nah we never got it”. Tool still shows my upload. But…no one can access it. Once this claim completes I am done with ML. When claims processing is handled this poorly and the website and apps are so bad…makes me question a lot.
