This app is no longer working! Why is it still showing in the App Store?

I’ve loved this app til recently. Simply due to it has been “under maintenance” for a month or so now. Can anyone update me on why it has been down? I’d hate to uninstall the app, although it’s looking like I may have to if no one can provide answers or fix the app issue! Much appreciated, Britt
