Recent reviews

I have been hard of hearing for 30 or so years. In the last few years my hearing has been more challenging especially in noisy places or “clarity” of conversations. Too often hard of hearing is assumed that only volume is needed. I am so thankful for your understanding, if the high quality of accuracy in transcribing and the speed of everything to my screen. Soooo much better than closed caption—sooo fast and surprisingly accurate ! Love it for my hearing impaired hubby 😊 (Developers, please make plan info clearer 😊)
