It’s a basic app, I understand that. Here’s some things I’ve noticed that could be improved. *every time the app is updated I have to reset my password. Error “We are unable to verify your credentials please make sure you’re set up for online banking”. Despite having had the app and account online for 4 years. *The Touch ID feature goes away after every update as well since it no longer remembers my account info. Other than that it works just fine.

The app never works. Even if you never set up your fingerprint or face recognition. The app never works. Very disappointing. I’m even considering changing banks.
