Please save yourself the trouble of dealing with this company. They send stuff even if you don’t want it and charge you for it. Then it’s a huge hassle to cancel.

I was looking into this meal plan service. I logged in and created an account. The website made me enter my credit card info to look through the plans so I did. After deciding to use their service I cancelled my account. Remind you this all happened during the first login. A couple of days later I get charged for an order so I call the company. I find out that I cancelled my account but did not cancel the order, that was in a separate area of their webpage, but the order went through. I called to discuss with them but customer service was absolutely horrible. I asked them to fully delete my account with them and they said they would but it would take 45-90 days! I kid you not. Total scam!!!!

If I’m going to be paying 86 dollars every time I order a box, I better have all the ingredients. The first box I ordered was missing chicken and that was an entire meal that I couldn’t make. I only got 4.26 dollars back in credit. Which is not helpful because I still don’t have what I need to make the meal. Now I have to go to the store and spend more money on getting chicken that I should have already received because I paid for it. I will be cancelling my subscription.
