I am a subscriber for several years via the browser and the iPhone app. Suddenly, the phone app stopped connecting, and did not display any countries to connect with. When I click the Search Country, nothing happens, it is deactivated. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, but still no go. On the other hand, the browser app works fine. No problem on that end.
