Recent reviews

Had an absolutely horrible experience using this service while in Nashville. We had a few issues including a rude and unprofessional driver and very unclear promo code terms that resulted in our initial ride being significantly more expensive. When I submitted a complaint via Support, the response was absolute garbage AND took them over a month to actually respond. Also, the app is terrible and there’s no clear way to delete your account and remove your data from their system. Great service concept, wrong company to be doing this. You’re better off paying for the real party bus. Or a couple Ubers.
