Telefon uygulaması çok yalın tasarlanmış ve çok efektif. Müşteri memnuniyetine gösterdikleri özen ve iş ahlakları ise Türkiye’de çok alışkın olmadığımız bir kalitede. Uygulama üzerinden destek mesajı yollamamın üzerinden 3 dakika geçmişti ki hemen müşteri hizmetlerinden arayıp sıkıntımı ilgiyle çözdüler. Şu an alete verdiğim parayı geçtim, Kodgem’deki arkadaşların işlerine gösterdikleri özveriye hürmeten dik durasım geliyor. Bir de üstüne Ankara şirketi olduğu için gönlümü fethetti, umarım yolları açık yatırımcıları bol olur. Ürünü kullanmaya başlayalı 4 gün oldu, o yüzden ürün başarısına dair henüz kesin konuşmak istemiyorum. Ama 4 gün önce Simpsons’daki Mr. Burns’ken şu an evde Meriç Sümen gibi dolaşıyorum. Yormuyor mu? Yoruyor. Zira sırt kaslarımı 20 senedir kullanmıyormuşum meğer. Ama korse gibi pasif duruş düzelticilerden daha etkili olduğunu düşünüyorum. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
