Worst delivery app can’t get paid when your supposed to bad customer service

I had an absolutely awful experience with Senpex. From start to finish, this company showed zero professionalism and zero respect for drivers. The app is unreliable, orders are inconsistent, and support is practically useless when something goes wrong. They penalize drivers for issues that are clearly caused by their own system, then leave you hanging with vague warnings and no real explanation. Communication is slow, unclear, and feels automated — like you’re talking to a wall. Instead of helping, they make the situation more stressful and confusing. On top of that, there’s no transparency. You can follow the rules and still get punished, while support gives copy-paste responses that don’t solve anything. It honestly feels like drivers are disposable to them. I wasted time, gas, and energy dealing with Senpex, and I regret ever signing up. If you’re a driver looking for reliable work or fair treatment, stay away. This company is not worth the frustration.
