Rain Free Days

Rain Free Days is a migraine support program built with input from people living with migraine and medical experts. The app lets you record migraine frequency, duration, location and severity, track triggers, symptoms, activities and medication usage, and generate monthly reports and 90-day summaries you can share with your doctor. It also includes appointment reminders, an instructional How to Inject video, and access to educational content on migraine management, diet, sleep hygiene, neck physiotherapy, and non-medical therapies, plus audio relaxation modules and podcasts.
