Best of all, there is an *actual person* you can *actually talk to* about scheduling, service options etc. Every other app like this is run by some tech bro on the other side of the country/planet and when you call or message with a question you get an AI chat bot - this, in contrast, is clearly a genuine local small business that cares about providing a service to its neighbors and community. A pleasant surprise.
