Cx Mobile For Contractor

The Cx Mobile app allows your employees to receive their Cx Contractor work packages on a mobile device , view details of the work, update the status, place material requisitions and complete forms. Includes completing timesheets direct from the mobile device. App is for use alongside Civica’s Cx digital platform for social housing

New contractor management, Ad hoc forms – complete and submit forms from mobile to Cx, complete material requisitions, complete and update work packages. Various bug fixes. Please note: Cx Mobile for Contractor functionality requires Civica Cx version 20.3 or higher to be installed on the organisations web server with Cx Contractor licenced.

Cx Mobile For Housing

Builds on the existing app, adding ability to receive Cx Housing cases and tasks on mobile, trigger CRM Comunication and create new ASB, CRM and Generic cases from Mobile. Please note: Cx Mobile for Housing requires Cx version 21.2 and higher with the relevant modules of Cx licenced.
