Slick, and haven’t had any problems. It seems they have some app issues in other reviews but for me it’s been seamless.

Restaurants offer free parking, but force you to download this app to get in the parking garage. Takes 20 minutes to get the account set up, and you are forced to add money to your account even though parking is free, so you won’t be able to pull that money back out. SCAM!!!

All works a treat for me! Have only had effortless access to facilitated parking. Just wish airports and more parking garages in Cape Town would get on board!
