Enjoying using the app for our fire protection business, however when I click on the clients icon, the app gets stuck on that page and I can’t go back to the home screen , so I have to close out of the app entirely. Also, would be nice to have “files” or “documents” accessible on the app by client, not just by the job. Otherwise, very useful app for field techs and office staff on the go.

If you don’t have an active paying account with this company they will not let you access customer information on mobile. Keep in mind you can do everything that this app can do and more with QuickBooks for hundreds less per month, which is what I use now. Do not bother.

My only complaint is how so slow the app is adding products to jobs. It takes 10-20 seconds to search a part.
