Most reviews describe the app as buggy and frustrating: it often buffers, restarts, or crashes, with slow navigation through the guide. Recent reviews

This app requires you to be using your Comporium internet connection in order to watch live programming or set recordings. Because Comporium’s Internet service frequently disconnects, I signed up for Rivernet for all my other Internet devices (security cameras, smart lighting, etc.) So this app on my TV is the only thing using Comporium Internet. I added the app to my phone, but it won’t let me log in, so the TV is the only thing using the Comporium Internet. I’m paying for the highest level of residential bandwidth, but it’s not enough. The internet frequently cuts out, so the Rivernet Connection automatically kicks in, which works great for all my streaming services (Prime, Max, Apple TV, etc.), and other apps like YouTube, some shopping apps, etc., but does not work for Comporium app. I get an error message stating that I’m not at home so I can’t watch the Comporium programming. I can watch programs that I’ve recorded, but only if I recorded them using my Comporium Internet connection, which is difficult since it shuts off several times per day.

Instead of trying to gain new customers w constant commercials , how about making the current customer have a better interface w your app! It’s TERRIBLE Changing channels is a pain using the DVR is a pain PROBLEMS
