I started using this app at the end of September, and haven’t stopped! I love that you’re able to move workouts to whatever day, delete them, favorite a workout or even create your own if you’re not following a specific plan. The exercises come with a video and explanation on how to do them, making it very easy & alternatives to those! Highly recommend!!!

The challenges on this app, the user friendly formatting, and the overall functionality of the workouts themselves are just so good! I have seen amazing results even though I have had to modify and workout at home at different times. You’ve got to give Des’ workout plans and this app a try!
