The app needs work. Numerous times I’ve been unable to log into the app or select/enter credit card information in order to complete my order on the app. Great chicken, but they’re losing business due to their app’s performance.

The app needs some careful review definitely! The fish combo says it includes a side & drink for example, however it is mandatory to add a .40 cent drink! The prices per item are not listed unless you begin an order. My restaurant location is not listed after typing in my city or zip code. Very difficult to use as compared to many other restaurant websites!
