Users find the app capable for viewing schedules and submitting time-off requests, but it is plagued by login/auth issues, crashes with 'error fetching data', slow loading, and missing paystub access. A major stability and feature update is widely requested.

Pros

Ability to view work schedules.
Ability to submit time-off requests.
Biometric login options (Face ID / Touch ID) available.

Cons

Repeated login/authentication issues (must re-enter password; Face ID unreliable).
Frequent crashes and 'error fetching data' server errors requiring restart or reinstall.
Very slow loading times and data fetch delays.
Paystubs/pay information are not available in-app.
Time-off requests are hard to use and other core features unstable.

Why do I have to enter in my information every time? Face ID never works. I also feel like I should be able to see my paystub, and information that Daily Pay has all in this app. Also, entering in time off requests is way more difficult than it should be. It gets the job done but why give employees the bare minimum? Please fix these issues.

This app continuously glitches always showing there’s an error pulling information from the server. I have to shut my phone off, restart it to get the app to function properly. Just awful!

Saw someone say they have to uninstall and re-install bc of this message. You dont. Just close out the app and it’ll have u log in again and it’ll work. But this is still very inconvenient to have to log back in EVERY TIME to see ur schedule. Plus app is just glitchy in general
