I can’t get this app to download on my phone.

I did five groups in NY and they were all incredible. Well worth the money and then some. Then I moved to Philly and I’ve never felt more disrespected in my life. Philly Volo doesn’t care one bit about its customers. I had many valid complaints and I was ignored all the way through. The venues are terrible. The staff is a mixture of incompetent and rude. Any concerns were met with gaslighting and honestly some bullying???? Volo could have had hundreds of dollars more from me but nope never again.
