Some say the browser login works but not the app; overall, the app is viewed as unusable, prompting many to delete it.

Using the credentials that work on my desktop system don’t work in this app. When I click on ‘forgot password’ it sends me to a browser within the app that DOES accept my credentials. So is this app just a front end for a web interface?
