By using myUplink PRO, you as an installer, service technician, or real estate manager of myUplink compatible products, will be able to easily control and monitor your customers' products. Through direct-connection over wifi you will be able to upgrade each product's built-in firmware, access the product’s menu system, and perform commissioning of new products.

You will also be able to monitor, update, and control your customers' heat pumps over the Internet to save time in your daily work (may require premium services).

To use myUplink PRO you may need to have a registered company and supply your VAT number.

They rejected my account sign up. What a joke? What good is the software if me the contractor can’t use the app.

Crashes all the time. The most recent update “bug fixes”, doesn’t even have text for buttons anymore just blank numerical code where the buttons used to be. It would crash all the time before the update, but now it is unusable and will crash after the first attempt.

Making a app to program a thermostat and system just sounds dumb on paper but in practice it’s even worse. Tried on two different devices and setting keep changing on their own and some menus don’t even load.
