I had to restore my phone and I lost all of the work and data I had on my previous backup and I don’t know how to get it back. Any help? Besides that, this app has been great in helping me build brand concepts and draft ideas for the last 4-5 years. You guys are the best.

The app just crashes, I have projects that I have saved that I can’t access. No communication from the contact support. I pay annually for this app and get zero communication or help with this issue
