One of the best tools I have ever utilized for mentally walking through and organizing your thoughts and feelings. I have used different types of memoirs, assisted exercise journals, and discovery apps, this one is superior in every way. Ease of use, practical and gets you through internal discussion to a point of discovery.

Really gets you to think through what you are working on in a way that breaks it down to be a better person on the tail end. This is a life changing app with the work you put in.

First let me say that Stacking has changed my life and I find this app to be an invaluable asset in my life. However, at the time of this review there are some glitches that I have noticed. There have been a few (at least 3 or 4) stacks that I have lost upon completion. I mean when I go to the library to retrieve my stack or share it, it’s not there. Gone. It’s like I never stacked. This is frustrating on two levels. 1. I lose the ability to review what i wrote and access to the insights gained. 2. It throws off the accuracy of my numbers. Wake Up Warrior teaches us to measure and track our progress. Losing stacks can be frustrating since my numbers now are not accurate. That said, I plan on continuing to use the app because of the positive effect this work has had on my life.
