To the manufacturers of this device, I want to know: did you actually ask people who HAVE migraines what this user experience is like? Because let me tell you, it’s trash. People with migraines have limited brain function so having to constantly be troubleshooting is less than ideal. If you’re actually ABLE to get your nfc to scan to begin a treatment at all, let alone on the first try, you better be moving at the speed of sound to get that attached to your arm because guess what?!?!?! It times out in 0.36 seconds so then you have to lather rinse repeat. I have no idea if it even works because by the time it’s finally functional, you’re outside of 60 minute migraine start window. I’m going to keep trying because I have no other options but yall really need to get it the eff together.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR KIDS UNTIL APP IS IMPROVED!! We got the Nerivio for my son, don’t know if it works or not as getting a child account is terrible and haven’t gotten it paired. My son does not have an email or phone number and you have to use a separate email for the child, we deleted the extra account we were trying to make for him and that was linked to it and then you can’t use it. They told me it is a known problem that you can’t undelete an account and sent me a new one for free. We tried to set it up again and my husband accidentally deleted it again trying to set up our son’s account and now customer service Daviana says I shouldn’t have deleted it and that I have to pay for a new one. We haven’t even used it once. The app technology is terrible, what a waste. We aren’t stupid, but if it is that easy to accidentally make the same mistake twice and NOTHING they can do to fix it then they need to work on this known issue! And not make the customer pay for their lack of fixing this problem.
