Security is a cornerstone of the app: high-grade encryption, no personal data stored on your device, login authenticated against secure backend systems, and automatic locking after multiple failed attempts with a session timeout for inactivity. Login uses your Customer ID (found on the back of your card) and your Farmers Mastercard Web Self Service password.
