Harvest Town - Pixel Sim RPG

I've been obsessed with this game, it's been incredibly hard to put down! However it definitely needs some work Here are my personal pros and cons Pros: • the characters are super cute and I love the designs for some of them • theres many things to craft and do • it has real time mechanics as well as in game time mechanics. They feel decently balanced so you don't run out of things to do in game, but you can also log off and come back to things ready for you • its fairly free to play friendly • tons of resources for players available online Cons: • dialogue needs work, its full of grammatical mistakes and awkward phrasing that makes it hard to feel attached to characters • there should be ways to sell clothes you don't want so they don't take up chest/inventory space • only cooked meals and potions give energy and health, but it took several real life days to level up enough for a kitchen. I feel like ingredients like the crops you grow should also be edible for small amounts of health and energy, to help balance game play for new players • once you unlock the caves, I feel like the difficulty spikes quite a bit. From there it gets drastically more difficult the deeper you go causing a lot of grinding to go deeper. I feel like the difficulty could be smoothed for easier gameplay • currently you can only talk in the sauna or guild, which is a bit unintuitive for talking to friends and guildmates. I feel like a guild chat and private chat would help make socializing and working together on events easier • during the guild race event, only one person can submit items for a task. When it asks for large quantities of rare items, it can be difficult for one person to do alone. I think this could be balanced by letting all guild members submit towards the same task. It would make the guild event smoother and more fun in my opinion

Tldr: don’t waste your time. It’s pay to win game. No real updates in years. Been supporting the game for over a year now. But it got ridiculously pay to win and endless pay to win competition. I don’t mind it at first. But developers are greedy and provided no updates and even some mechanics are stupid they refuse to fix it to make it reasonable. Don’t waste your time. Go pay for stardew valley.
