Even after purchasing a one-year subscription, I am unable to access the recordings. I created a support ticket, but no one has responded. It has been 15 days, and I haven’t received a single reply. Terrible service—avoid this product!

Why the new cloud recording feature with subscription is added when we already have physical storage set up . With the new version it is a new way of making money. Wish there is an option to degrade the version. I can’t even view anything even after having stable internet connection. You developers have ruined the app and made it unusable
