Proposal Pro is a Chrome extension that helps sales teams demonstrate property value and financing options to prospects. It lets you calculate initial down payments and monthly payments based on common rates (0%, 9.99%, 12.99%, 17.99%), adjust financing terms from 1 to 10 years, and add or remove mortgage protection, closing costs, or Exchange Company fees. It also includes tools like Pencil Pitch, Vacation Expenses, 360° virtual tours, interactive floor plans, travel partnerships, and more to present compelling offers.

With the Deluxe option, you can access equity from other properties, rental income, VOA, sampler, or travel club funds; print your own price books and proposals; translate to Spanish or Portuguese; and customize the extension to match your brand.
