Frequent login/account access problems: users can’t log in, password reset emails aren’t delivered, accounts aren’t recognized after updates, and users are being logged out.

Poor UI/UX after updates: unreadable small grey text on light backgrounds, multiple pull-down menus, and menu items not clearly visible or easy to navigate.
Rewards program devaluation: changes to the points system reduce value and make earning/redeeming rewards harder.

Recent reviews

This is one of those apps where you can’t view your messages or points while you’re placing an order. Have to cancel out of the order completely to view, then start all over from the point of picking a store. It wouldn’t let me add my promo. Can’t use Apple fast. I’ll just go to Jimmy John’s.
