EczemaLess, an AI Eczema Guide

Get in control of your Eczema

Features & Capabilities

EczemaLess is an AI-based app to help manage Atopic Dermatitis (eczema). It analyzes skin images to provide a suggested severity rating and enables you to track triggers, treatments, and a care plan. The app is classified as Clinical Decision Support (CDS) software under the 21st Century Cures Act and is intended to provide recommendations to licensed health care professionals, not for patient self-diagnosis or self-treatment.

Key features include intuitive graphs showing eczema trends, trigger logging (food, environmental, activities), and a care plan with moisturizers, creams, steroids, and bathing routines. It supports photo logs with the POEM score, symptom tracking (itch, dryness, sleep impact), and reporting for sharing with your dermatologist. Environmental data can be logged automatically, and users can generate summary reports to monitor progress and discuss care during visits.

User Reviews

The reviews praise EczemaLess for being easy to use and effective at tracking symptoms and routines, helping users spot triggers and share data with their doctors. The app also provides environmental alerts and educational resources. However, recurring concerns center on unreliable image-based detection and limited manual input for severity, several bugs affecting typing and data entry, and some confusion over graphs and visuals. Overall, users see value in monitoring eczema but want more reliable diagnostics, better UX, and fuller input control to make the tool more universally useful.
Pros
  • Easy to use and simplified interface
  • Effective tracking/logging of eczema symptoms and routines over time
  • Helps identify triggers and correlations with flare-ups
  • Provides environmental data (weather/humidity) and warnings
  • Educational resources and the ability to share data with a doctor
Cons
  • Image-based eczema detection can be unreliable; limited options for manually logging severity
  • Bugs and usability issues affecting data entry and overall stability
  • Graphs and visuals can be unclear or confusing

I have recently downloaded this app and started using. I must say it’s quite simplified and useful. I definitely recommend people to use it. Provide me, recommendations based on my specific eczema condition, triggers, and medical history. Also, EczemaLess Advance AI app monitor and track my eczema symptoms, such as itchiness, redness, inflammation, and flare-ups over time.

Lost me at the bleach bath suggestion… I was planning to use this to track my little one’s eczema but quickly decided to delete this app. Zero suggestions for improving gut health which is the primary issue for eczema. The analysis wouldn’t pick up her rashes in photos and doesn’t allow for smaller regions to be analyzed (I.e. neck, ankles, back of knees). Will be looking for another more thorough, detail-oriented, children-safe and friendly option. Delete.

Its helping me keep track of my routines, which has also led me to take better care of myself now that I’m logging everything every day. I quickly noticed some triggers I hadn’t figured out before. The graphs are helpful to see the correlations between things, but there are some confusing aspects. The y axis is labeled 1-4 on every single graph, for example, and I can’t figure out what those numbers actually mean. What exactly is air quality of 3, or a temperature of 2? I’m assuming the higher the number, the worse it is? it’s unclear. Overall though, I’m glad I finally found an app that gives me some sense of control over eczema.
