The devs need to buy a PupPod and use it with their own dogs for a week to see how terrible it and the app are.

It works 60% of the time And there’s no way to disable mic and camera. When it works it’s nice When it doesn't huge let down

For a $200 device I would expect the app to work and for connection of the devices ti Wi-Fi and Bluetooth to be seamless. But they aren’t. And contacting Support through the app does not result in 24 hour turn around as stated. I waited five months to receive the device due to the shipping/supply chain issues and then the owner said they were doing quality assurance testing before shipping them ti those of us who pre- ordered. I finally connected the device to Wi-Fi after TEN times resetting the device and the app. Now I am not able ti upgrade the PupPod rocker software for reasons unknown. Five times removing the battery and resetting has not proven to help as suggested - but the contact support option is there again. Let’s see if that results in a response.
