Chargers are frequently non-functional or unavailable; at least one unit is out of service and the other is often occupied (e.g., by a Tesla) for long periods.
Onboarding and sign-up problems are common: inability to create an account, issues with terms of service, and Google sign-in not working (Apple sign-in sometimes works).
App/charger discovery and data are unreliable: cannot find charging points on map or by charger ID, and sometimes the map doesn't show stations; invalid charger IDs.
Payment/activation issues: prepaid charges (e.g., $10) with no activation, and refunds are denied or difficult to obtain.
Frequent loading/UI problems and poor user experience: spinning wheels, slow performance, failing to accept terms, poor UI.

Recent reviews

There’s a charger in town that’s listed in this app, but only one of the two chargers is actually usable. One charger has been broken for a long time. I’ve reported it before, and while the equipment appears physically repaired, it still isn’t operational. The remaining charger is almost always occupied by a Tesla that stays plugged in for most of the day, making it nearly impossible to charge for short visits. I often go to a nearby yoga studio and can’t even get an hour of charging in. The location could be great, but until both chargers are truly functional, it’s not reliable. I’d love to see this fixed so the station is actually usable for more than one car at a time.

Tried to charge at Research Triangle Park’s Boxyard location, but the app’s just spinning and won’t allow acceptance of terms of service. Not acceptable in this tech savvy area of North Carolina. Avoid!
