Users value LabFly for its lab service and staff, but repeatedly encounter a malfunctioning app. The main recurring issues are login/signup failures, app crashes/servers errors, onboarding bugs (HIPAA agreement), problems booking appointments and payments, and limited customer support. If LabFly can stabilize sign-in, fix onboarding flows, improve reliability, and broaden support channels, the overall experience would be significantly improved while preserving the strong lab service.

Persistent sign-up/login failures and loops
App instability: crashes, server errors, and freezes

I tried to get a result of the blood work and. The sight will not let me even write a new password it says wrong wrong wrong. So terrible

Glitchy, terrible, will not let me log in for more than a few seconds before it kicks me out and then has the audacity to tell me I’ve tried to log in too many times. Useless.

You are required to accept a hipa agreement when you want to view your test results. In order to accept it, you have to “scroll down” but there is nowhere to scroll down to. So the “accept” button doesn’t work and therefore you cannot ever see test results on the app the sole reason most people are downloading it.
