i checked if my cbz was real many times and it is so i'm not sure why it won't connect. really disappointed i wanted to check out the member color options. my cbz won't connect to my phone even though ive checked that the bluetooth works

Don’t worry for some reason it still works in the Venus without the app. I brought mines on the merch line in LA and everyone was trying to get the app to work to no avail but somehow it eventually worked without the app and everyone’s lightsticks synced automatically .
