I received a sweater that was damaged right out of the package—it arrived with a large hole and a 2-inch run. I followed the website's return instructions, but the customer service process was a nightmare: Initial Denial & Ignored Emails: Customer service initially denied my request while referencing the wrong item. They later approved a return for store credit only, but ignored my reply asking for a full refund and a shipping label or return address. Ignored Until Public Review: They only responded after I posted a negative review on the product page. Still would not allow me to return the item for refund. Disregard for Consumer Protection Laws: Under implied warranty law, defective goods qualify for a full refund within 30 days, regardless of internal store policy. Calculated Loophole for Chargebacks: They claimed they emailed for more info (which I never received) and refused a full refund. Yet, they deliberately withheld the return address. They use this trick to fight credit card disputes while locking your money into store credit. Poor quality control, non-responsive support, then aggressive customer service and shady workarounds to bypass consumer rights. Avoid this shop.

This boutique is too notch! They have a large selection with regular new releases and sizes from small through 3xl. Shipping is incredible fast and their response time to messages and knowing James and Erica handle everything personally is amazing. Will be a shopper of RTS for life!
