I’m getting charged monthly yet I cannot access my account. I had an account and I went to reactivate it and it now charges me but is not linked to the original account and I cannot access a new one. I reached out to their help and they emailed me a month later. I replied and still no answer yet they are taking my money monthly. I got it through the Andrew McMahon fan page. I recommend not using it.

Paid for a livestream. Can’t re-access it. Doesn’t let me go past the log in screen at all

The way the app is laid out on my 12 mini is very “off”. The navigation buttons are way at the bottom of the screen and are obscured by iOS’s nav gesture bar, the top of the app obscures the clock, WiFi, and signal icons, and the “back” button is under iOS’s “switch to previous app” button, etc... The app just generally looks designed for an iPhone <8 or SE, without a notch and with a home button. The X launched in 2017, these are simple things to fix. Why haven’t they been fixed yet?
