Was playing just fine but will not start level 21. Just gives an error of “Map fail to load. Please check internet.” I’ve been playing up to level 19 so far with no issues and have even been dancing around the ads. Do I have to pay $99 a year for diamond level to have a functioning game?

User Reviews
Reviews praise Neon N Balls for its striking neon visuals and engaging puzzles, with creative level design and pop culture references. However, players repeatedly report crashes, long loading times, and lost progress. Ads are pervasive and monetization feels aggressive, and there are device compatibility issues—especially on iPad—with some level-specific bugs like level 133.
Pros
- Striking neon cyberpunk visuals and art style.
- Engaging, fun gameplay with varied levels and puzzles.
- Creative art destruction concept with interesting level design.
- Pop culture references and strong overall production quality.
Cons
- Ads are pervasive and intrusive (frequent banners and monetization).
- Frequent crashes and loading failures (startup, transitions, 10% load, etc.).
- Progress is lost when the game crashes, requiring players to restart levels.
- Device compatibility issues, especially on iPad (balls won't fire or the app won't open).
- Level-specific bugs (e.g., level 133 has unbreakable blocks or visual glitches).
Recent reviews
I like the cyberpunk neon LEDs. Interesting concept, though I‘m trying to figure out how this game of art demolition is going to develop. I honestly wish some lights were brighter and the ads were a bit smaller. They’re placed right smack on the title gaming console when each level first starts. Ads would be better if they were neon as well to give me that Escape from NY feeling. The diamond membership is really taxed. I guess the best I can hope for is more interesting art pieces and neon colors to destroy. Wish I had a bigger screen for this.
