After updating, I didn’t see chat box for messages

This has to be one of the worst apps. The app has an option to log in with Face ID but after you set the option up it works for a day and then you have to use passcode again. I bought a new condo that has smart options to control the lights and A/C in the smart app. None of the options work even after AP arranged for a tech to come out. The cheap WiFi bridge they installed is useless. My friend has condo in same development yet he has different options in the app I do. Smart world app features are spotty at best. Thank Hod my daily life does not depend on this app.
