EnrichMyCare, from Enrich Digital Technologies Ltd, is a secure health and care app that helps parents and carers support children and young people living with Autism, ADHD, Epilepsy, Cerebral Palsy, neurodisabilities, rare conditions, and other long-term developmental or neurological needs.

Families can use EnrichMyCare in two ways:

Independent use – Register directly to record information, track progress, and share updates with the professionals you choose. NHS service-linked use – Your child's health or care service may invite you to join using a service code, so your care team can securely view shared information, progress reports, and care updates as part of an ongoing care pathway.

Either way, EnrichMyCare brings parents, carers, education staff, and health professionals together — making care coordination simpler, more transparent, and more connected.
