Recent reviews

I’ve had an Acetech Bluetooth tracer/chronograph since 2021. The app has always worked well, and the tracer unit always connected when turned on. Middle of July 2026, I turned the tracer on after a year in storage and tried to connect to my phone. I kept receiving a failure to connect message. I couldn’t update the tracer firmware either because I couldn’t get the app to connect at all. I emailed customer service and sent screenshots of the error messages. They told me their tech people knew what the problem was and an app update would be sent out in about a week. True to their word, an app update came out, and my connection problems have been solved!
