I have had this app for years, and all it did was let you order. Just tonight I was dining in the restaurant and saw a commercial about a loyalty club. Went into the app, and had to go through a dozen steps to upgrade. Only to find out it doesn’t do anything. Why have two apps for one restaurant? And why does it constantly crash and work so poorly?
