Users praise BigY Connect for easy schedule access and general usefulness, but frequent post-update issues harm usability: difficult week view and navigation, broken calendar sync, touch/tap problems, login/recovery friction, and a disliked new UI.

Pros

Access to schedule and notifications on mobile is convenient.
The app is generally a useful tool for managing schedules.
The UI looks nice.

Cons

Poor navigation and updated UI make it hard to view the full week; no arrow navigation and users must swipe.
Calendar sync to iPhone is broken or inconsistent, with the sync button absent on some weeks.
Touch input issues prevent tapping options or confirming actions, leading to lost changes.
Login problems block access, and there is no effective forgot-password option.
Update/UI changes degrade usability (boring color scheme and cluttered layout).

Recent reviews

App isn’t so bad. The only 2 gripes I have with it is that it stops background media playback when opening the app and declaring availability is so difficult that I just do it in a web browser
