I’ve had this camera system for 6 years. You have to purchase cloud you have the options of only when movement is detected or continuous.. I have more luck getting any recordings with the cheaper one which is only motion detection . It seems when I purchase continuous recording it doesn’t work AT ALL!! I’ve tried contacting customer service and get NOWHERE! I can’t wait to switch security cameras
