Red Brick Yoga is the area’s only Far-Infrared heated studio. We chose to heat our studio differently because of the overwhelming health benefits Far Infrared Radiant heat offers, such as increased circulation, heightened body detoxification, flexibility, and decreased stiffness in the joints. Not all classes are heated, and our Gentle Mindful Movement class is great for beginners!
