The MyHownd app is broadly criticized for unreliability and poor service. Recent reviews

I downloaded this app to access a pass for a skating ring in my area and I see all the reviews had the same problems as me but didn’t stick around to figure it out. I don’t blame them, this app was not very intuitive. The skate pass only appears in your wallet AT the skate rink it’s linked to. So you must enter the skate rink and at the register open your app and make sure that this app has location permissions!! This won’t work if your location permissions are denied/off. After your location is on you go to your wallet and then it gives you option to redeem your pass for the skate session and only then does it appear in your wallet. Most of these reviews are years old but I hope this helps someone in the future. The app developers can def do better with how they relay the information to us. It took me twenty minutes to finally figure everything out.

No customer support. No confirmation email. But takes your credit card info and forces you to auto renew. I should’ve known better. But it used to work properly. 👎👎
